Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, writing performant, maintainable, and clean code
• Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, and scalable platforms
• Design and develop frameworks to support specific requirements and enable junior developers
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for assigned modules
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through close collaboration with the team
• Ensure adherence to best engineering and coding practices during development
• Handle customer queries and issues received directly or via the support organization
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, and Solutioning
• Engage with external stakeholders and customers as required
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective task execution and timely delivery

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java 21 and above




• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate (5.0) and JPA
• Strong experience in unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks like Mockito
• Strong understanding of Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with message-oriented middleware such as Kafka and Kafka Connect
• Good understanding of software design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to up-to-date UI frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience in the Payment Gateway domain
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, MSK, ElastiCache, RDS, and replication
• Experience with observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch and ELK Stack
