Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective students and guardians via calls, messages, and emails to understand their needs and recommend suitable online programs. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, explaining LearningShala’s services and value proposition,



and guiding prospects through the counseling and enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently to improve conversion rates, and collaborating with mentors and counseling teams to ensure a smooth experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will be expected to meet sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and adherence to ethical, transparent communication.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including handling high-volume outreach and managing sales pipelines.
