Role Description This is a full-time, in office Caller role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Caller will contact potential and existing customers to explain available car loan and insurance options, gather basic information, and assess interest and eligibility.



Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following up on leads provided by the sales and finance teams. The role also involves answering queries, providing clear information about products, documenting customer feedback, and coordinating with colleagues to support application processing and appointments. The Caller is expected to follow call scripts and compliance guidelines, meet calling and conversion targets, and maintain a professional, courteous telephone manner.
