Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer with 1–4 years of experience in developing scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience, a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile setting.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and REST APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Work on bug fixing, debugging, performance optimization, and enhancement activities.




• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with databases and optimize SQL queries when required.
• Support deployment and production activities when needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Hibernate/JPA.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Basic understanding of Maven/Gradle build tools.
