About the Role

Isprava is seeking an experienced Head – Process Excellence to drive operational efficiency, process optimization,



and project management excellence across its luxury residential real estate business.

The role will focus on identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, implementing industry best practices, and building a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have robust experience in civil engineering, construction, real estate, and process excellence, with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position will play a pivotal role within Central Operations by enhancing the efficiency, quality, governance, and customer experience of Isprava’s luxury villa projects.
