Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads,



and build relationships with prospective learners, partners, and institutional clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand learner needs and industry trends, preparing and delivering presentations about House of EdTech’s ecosystem and programs, and supporting sales campaigns and outreach initiatives. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine value propositions, track pipeline metrics, and ensure a smooth conversion and onboarding experience. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, meet defined performance targets, and represent the brand professionally at events, webinars, and client meetings.
