Role Description:

The Purchase Executive role at Chatkazz is a full-time, in office position based in Gandhinagar. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services required for smooth restaurant operations. The Purchase Executive will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, maintain vendor relationships,



and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. Daily tasks include verifying product quality, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and updating purchasing records in line with company policies. The role also requires close communication with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with budget, menu requirements, and business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management.
• Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
