About the role
This role is for a Product Demo and Onboarding Specialist. You will join client calls, show how Visity works, then help new clients get set up. No closing needed, our sales team handles that.
What you'll do
- Give live product demos on scheduled client calls
- Answer product questions in simple language
- Run onboarding calls: connect the client's WhatsApp number and train their knowledge base
- Support new clients during setup
- Share feedback from calls so we can improve the product and pitch
Who we want
- 1+ year of experience in customer success, support, or implementation
- Demo experience preferred
- Robust English and Hindi
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
Compensation
₹25,000 per month plus incentives
