Role Description The Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvanathapuram/Kottyam, responsible for promoting and selling GoVoyage’s travel experiences and packages. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective travelers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable itineraries and stays.



The role involves maintaining relationships with travel partners and local communities, preparing quotations, handling bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment follow-up. The Travel Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and community projects, track sales targets, and provide regular reports. This position also requires resolving customer queries, offering pre- and post-travel support, and representing GoVoyage’s values of respect, authenticity, and responsible tourism.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and conversion in a travel or hospitality environment.
