Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, search, and display to drive customer acquisition and online sales. Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, performing A/B tests, and refining targeting and creatives based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to align messaging,



coordinating with e-commerce and sales teams to ensure tracking accuracy, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts. The Performance Marketing Manager will continuously identify growth opportunities, experiment with new platforms and strategies, and ensure campaigns are aligned with Rowh’s brand positioning and business objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in performance marketing, including managing paid social, search, and display campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
• Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience with campaign planning, budget management, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization to improve ROAS and customer acquisition costs.
