Role Description The Relationship Manager (Field Sales) will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients in the Greater Kolkata Area through regular on-site visits. This full-time role focuses on identifying prospective sellers, explaining TradeIndia’s B2B solutions,



and driving subscription and service sales to meet assigned targets. The Relationship Manager will build long-term relationships, understand client business needs, and propose suitable products and value-added services to enhance their visibility and growth on the platform. Daily activities include lead generation, cold calling, scheduling meetings, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely onboarding of current clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth implementation, resolving client issues, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while providing periodic sales reports and market feedback.
