Operations Intern

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (In office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Intern to join our team and support day-to-day operational processes. The role involves working closely with application data, reviewing information, maintaining records, and ensuring that processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of information, following established processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and process information and supporting materials as per established guidelines.
• Examine details for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or cases requiring further review.
• Maintain and update records accurately across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Manage assigned workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain consistency across processes.




• Coordinate internally to resolve queries and escalate cases where required.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Support the team with other operational activities as required.

Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and online platforms.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.
