About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and people-centric HR professional to lead the Human Resources function at Wonderla Chennai Park. You will report to the Park Head and own HR operations end to end.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR operations for Wonderla Chennai Park, aligned with Wonderla's HR policies and culture
• Drive manpower planning, timely recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Ensure 100% statutory and labour-law compliance,



including audits and safety protocols
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and welfare initiatives - Oversee attendance, shift planning, rostering and workforce productivity
• Build a high-performance culture through performance management and development programmes
• Partner with Operations, Finance and Support teams on workforce needs
• Manage HR budgets, MIS and reporting on attrition, manpower, compliance and engagement.

Who You Are
• 8 to 10 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Retail or QSR setups, handling large-scale manpower
• MBA / MSW in HR - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
• Proactive and hands-on, with strong people management skills
• Solid command of statutory policies and compliance
• Fluent in English and Tamil - Flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as operations requir
