About the RoleKheewa Incorporation is looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train, develop and improve the performance of our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting sales training programs, improving communication and selling skills, coaching team members, analysing sales performance and developing practical training programs based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct regular sales training sessions for recent and existing employees.
• Train sales executives on tele sales, field sales, lead conversion and customer handling.
• Develop training modules, presentations, role-plays and practical sales exercises.
• Train employees on product knowledge, company processes, pricing and offers.
• Improve team skills in communication, questioning, objection handling and closing.
• Conduct mock calls and role-play sessions to evaluate sales conversations.
• Review sales calls and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide individual coaching and performance feedback.
• Train employees on effective follow-up and lead-management techniques.




• Work with Sales Managers to identify team training requirements.
• Track training effectiveness through sales KPIs and employee performance.
• Conduct refresher training for underperforming employees.
• Help new employees become productive through structured onboarding programs.
• Prepare training reports and maintain records of employee training and performance.
• Continuously improve training content based on market trends, customer responses and sales results.
