Job Description:
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE
• Hands-on expertise in Drools Rule Engine
• Experience with JBPM
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience integrating with RESTful Web Services
• Knowledge of business rules management and workflow automation
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop business rules using Drools
• Analyze requirements and document business rules
• Develop and maintain rule repositories and rule execution services
• Build and integrate rules with applications and service layers
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Drools and jBPM
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Create well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Estimate efforts and support project planning activities
• Perform unit testing and support UAT/production deployments
• Troubleshoot and optimize rule performance
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domains
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
