Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur, responsible for driving sales growth and managing key markets for Oswin Wood Panels Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with dealers, distributors, contractors, and interior professionals, and building robust long-term relationships with them. The role involves regular market visits, monitoring competitor activity,



implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring product visibility and availability in assigned territories. The Area Sales Manager will prepare and review sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide timely reports and insights to management. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance is essential to ensure effective order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in wood panels, plywood or plyboards industry
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop territory-wise sales plans.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with architects, designers, dealers, and contractors.
