Your Job
• Find your own targets. We give you the playbook and messaging. You do the prospecting
• Talk to them. Understand their problem
• Figure out if we can help them
• Set up a call with someone who can close the deal
• Track what's working and what isn't
• Learn the space. Get genuinely positive at it

We're Looking For
• Passionate about either: helping SMBs/agencies scale with AI (Valior) OR the hiring/recruiting/HR tech space (Job Strategy)
• You don't need technical knowledge. You need to actually care about the domain
• You can handle rejection

• Remote, anywhere
• Your own PC/laptop setup

No sales experience needed. Domain passion and willingness to grind matter.

How You Make Money
• 20% commission on every Valior deal you close
• 15% commission on every Job Strategy AI hiring deal you close
• Paid weekly
• You make money when you close

Real Details
• You make nothing if you don't close deals
• You'll hear no a lot
• We give you the playbook and targets framework. You prospect, qualify, close
• If you're crushing it, we'll add more money and perks
• 20 hours/week to start, but you might want more if deals are closing
• 3-6 months depending on performance
