Job Description Entra ID for L3 SME(C1/B3)

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID Passkey (FIDO2 and Microsoft Authenticator Passkey) solutions to deliver phishing-resistant, passwordless authentication across enterprise environments. Lead the assessment, design, configuration, testing, and rollout of Passkey-based authentication aligned with Zero Trust security principles. Configure and manage Entra ID Authentication Methods, Authentication Strengths, Conditional Access Policies, Temporary Access Pass (TAP), Windows Hello for Business, and passwordless sign-in solutions. Validate application compatibility, device readiness, and user authentication journeys across cloud, hybrid, and legacy environments. Support onboarding, recovery, lost-device, and re-enrollment workflows while ensuring secure identity lifecycle management. Collaborate with security, IAM, infrastructure, endpoint, and application teams to integrate passwordless authentication across business-critical applications. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for authentication,



registration, and access issues. Develop implementation standards, operational runbooks, user adoption guides, and governance documentation. Monitor authentication security posture, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies. Support pilot deployments, enterprise-wide rollouts, hypercare activities, and knowledge transfer to operations teams. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2 Security Keys, Microsoft Authenticator, Windows Hello for Business, TAP, Identity Protection, Azure AD Connect, SSO, and Identity Governance is required. Robust understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and modern identity security practices is preferred.
