Role Description The Senior Loan Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for managing the end-to-end loan lifecycle for individual and group borrowers. Daily activities include sourcing and evaluating potential clients, conducting field visits,



assessing creditworthiness, and performing detailed financial and risk analysis. The role involves overseeing loan origination processes, verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and recommending approvals or declines. The Senior Loan Officer will guide junior staff, maintain strong customer relationships, provide responsive customer service, and support clients with repayment planning and financial literacy. The role also includes monitoring portfolio quality, addressing delinquency cases, and contributing to branch-level performance targets and community outreach initiatives.
