The Place of posting will be Central, North and Eastern part of India.

The incumbent will Assist the Head SHIRA in overseeing and handling:-

• Day-to-day site level Administration, Site Security and Facilities Management
• Day-to-day IR Challenges arising out of internal and external factors
• Facilitate the implementation of site level policies and processes defined for the L&T; Rolls Employee related to their welfare and life cycle management
• Contractor compliances management wrt the Labour Colony Management and Workplace Management
• Guide and Facilitate the implementation of corporate guidelines and policies on various employee related matters including PMS, Training and CSR implementation

For the above he shall be well versed with the Current Labour Code and related aspects wrt BoCW, Contract Labour, Employee Compensation, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, EPF, ESIC and other statutory compliances applicable to the EPC site
