Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and technology-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to support day-to-day business operations, management reporting, strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
The role will work closely with the Director and functional heads to track business priorities, monitor key initiatives, analyse business information, drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution of management decisions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, managing multiple stakeholders, preparing management reports and taking ownership of projects from planning to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support
• Provide day-to-day executive and business support to the Director.
• Support the Director in managing business priorities, key initiatives and critical action points.
• Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action trackers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion.

Management Reporting & Business Analytics
• Prepare MIS, management reports,



dashboards and business presentations.
• Analyse business data and provide meaningful insights for management review and decision-making.
• Monitor departmental performance, KPIs, projects, expenses and other management requirements.
• Support business analytics and reporting using Excel and other digital tools.

Strategic Execution
• Support the Director in driving strategic priorities and key business initiatives across functions.
• Act as a central coordination point between the Director and functional heads to ensure alignment and execution.
• Track progress against business goals, KPIs and strategic priorities, highlighting delays, risks and areas requiring management attention.
• Identify critical issues, dependencies and bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
