Kareverse is a fast growing Bangalore based elder care company for older adults and the families who support them. Kareverse brings on-demand help, ongoing care and proactive healthy ageing together, with one accountable team behind all of it. The aim is not to organise life around care. It is to make support easier to access and manage, so older adults have more room to live fully.

The role

As our Business Development Executive, you will take Kareverse to the people who matter most. These are the doctors, clinics and hospitals that older patients already trust, the families who attend our health camps, and everyone who reaches out to us. You will build our referral partner network, turn interest into customers and oversee our society health camps. Most of your week is spent in the field, meeting people. The role needs someone who is persuasive in person and disciplined about follow-up.

Key responsibilities





• Identify and connect with doctors, clinics and hospitals across Bangalore for partnerships.
• Connect with societies, senior clubs, and other elder communities to generate leads
• Understand each family's needs and recommend the right next service from our offerings.
• Speak with and convert enquiries that come in through our website, digital campaigns and word of mouth.
• Handle questions and objections with empathy, especially from adult children who are worried about their parents.
• Follow up consistently with every lead, partner and camp attendee until there is a clear outcome.
• Keep an accurate, up-to-date record of every conversation and its next step.
• Oversee and manage society health camps from start to finish.
• Work with society management on schedules, space and resident communication.
