In this role, you will manage core administrative functions—ranging from payroll and attendance to compliance and records—while also championing a positive employee experience through engaging onboarding, team activities, and smooth offboarding processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle• Manage day-to-day HR operations for our internal teams, including tracking employee attendance, processing leave requests, and supporting performance appraisal cycles.
• Coordinate the end-to-end employee journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires, driving meaningful employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating smooth exit processes.
• Administer payroll and maintain meticulous records,



ensuring accurate salary preparation and strict adherence to internal policies and statutory compliance.

Administration & Compliance• Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with high confidentiality.
• Assist management in drafting, updating, and communicating company policies that support a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR generalist, coordinator, or operations role.
• Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR tools/software.
• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
