Key Responsibilities
HandleUS travel and flight salesinquiries from prospective customers.
Manage and convertinbound sales calls generated through Meta and PPC campaigns.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
Drive end-to-end sales conversions while maintaining a high level of customer experience.
Achieve and consistently exceedindividual sales targets and revenue goals.
Build strong customer relationships and maximize repeat business and referrals.
Effectively handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant CRM/system.
Ensure professional communication throughout the sales and booking process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and post-sales support.
Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
Minimum1 year of relevant experience in Travel Sales / International Travel Sales.
Prior Experience Specifically InUS Flight Saleswill Be Highly Preferred.
Robust verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-driven, energetic, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in arotational shift environment.
