Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. In this role, the consultant engages with prospective travelers, understands their preferences and budgets, and recommends suitable experiential trips across India and Southeast Asia. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, preparing customized itineraries, and closing sales through phone, email, and chat. The consultant coordinates with operations and partner teams to confirm bookings, ensure accurate documentation,



and provide pre- and post-trip support. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, and contributing feedback to improve products and customer experiences.
Qualifications
• Strong consultative sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Experience or interest in travel planning, itinerary creation, and destination knowledge for India and Southeast Asia.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM or sales tools, online communication platforms, and basic office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical expe
