Social and Growth Executive, Gloveda
Kozhikode, Kerala | Full-time | on-site
About Gloveda
Gloveda is three businesses built on AVVVS, which has practiced Ayurveda in Kozhikode since 1921: Ayurvedic beauty products, doctor-led cosmetic clinics (Gloveda Revive), and cosmetic clinics inside resorts and hotels (Gloveda Experience). We're early, and this is our first dedicated social and growth hire.
The role
You'll work directly with the Director to plan and run our Instagram and LinkedIn, make the content, and find out what works. You'll start with execution and take on more strategy as you show good judgement. When our online ordering is ready, you'll help plan our first paid campaigns.
What you'll do
• Plan a weekly and monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Write captions and post copy in a plain, factual voice
• Design posts and carousels in Canva, and edit short videos
• Schedule posts and reply to comments and messages
• Track performance and send a short monthly report on what worked
• Research reference brands in beauty, wellness and hospitality
What we're looking for
• 1 to 3 years of experience running social media for a brand, business or your own page, with results you can show
• A portfolio of posts, designs or videos you've made
• Clear written English (Malayalam is a plus)
• Working skill in Canva and a video editing tool
• If you're positive at taking videos, its a plus:)
• Good judgement about what not to post, since we make no claims about treatment results
• Curiosity, and comfort using AI tools while being able to explain your choices
What we offer
• Direct work with the Director on a business being built from scratch
• Exposure to products, clinics and hospitality in one company
• A review at 6 months, with scope for a raise and more responsibility
