Role Description
The Business Development Intern role at Volody is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the business development team by conducting market research, identifying potential customers,
and assisting with lead generation activities. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospects through calls and emails, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the preparation of presentations and proposals. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate Volody’s CLM solutions, and provide basic customer service support during the sales process. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS sales and business development in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
