⭐ Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
• Handle basic HR operations and employee coordination
• Work closely with management to fulfill hiring requirements

? Requirements:




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Committed towards work, deadlines, and team goals
