Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hosur, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, assigning tasks to maintenance technicians, and monitoring the performance and condition of machinery. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues,



organizing repairs, managing spare parts and maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, optimize maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
