About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Point Cloud Data Processing Engineer responsible for processing and preparing point cloud data for BIM-ready outputs. The role involves working with 3D scan data, automating data processing workflows, managing cloud-based workloads,



and performing quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable deliverables.

Responsibilities
• Process and prepare 3D point cloud data for BIM-ready outputs.
• Work with LiDAR and 3D scan data to support Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Use CloudCompare for point cloud processing, cleaning, alignment, segmentation, and analysis.
• Perform QC checks on processed point cloud data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot data processing issues and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with BIM and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of processing workflows and QC procedures.

Skillsets :
Required Skills
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in 3D point cloud data processing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit (Must-have)
• Robust hands-on experience with CloudCompare or Blender (Must-have).
• Proficiency in data processing and workflow automation.
