QA Engineer – Web & Mobile

About the Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Frontend, and Backend Developers to understand requirements, identify issues early, and ensure the final product is reliable, functional, and ready for release.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just find bugs — you understand the product, think like a user, and take ownership of product quality.

What You’ll Do
• Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Test complete user workflows and identify edge cases and failure scenarios.
• Test complex workflows, transaction lifecycles, and real-time status tracking features.




• Test web and mobile applications across different devices, browsers, environments, screen sizes, and OS versions.
• Validate mobile scenarios including app installation, updates, permissions, notifications, foreground/background states, and app lifecycle behaviour.
• Test mobile applications under different network conditions, including slow, unstable, and offline scenarios.
• Validate orientation changes, deep links, device interruptions, and device-specific behaviour, where applicable.
• Perform mobile regression testing across supported devices before releases.
• Perform REST API testing using Postman and validate backend responses.
• Validate frontend, API, backend, and database data flow.
• Perform SQL/database validation.
• Test third-party API integrations, including mapping, geospatial, tracking, and external partner services.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution.
• Manage QA tickets, test execution, and bug
