We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect to take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
? Experience: 12+ years in service now
? Location: Chennai / Bangalore
? Work Mode: Full time Onsite
? Shift: UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
? CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
? What You’ll Do
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Own technical decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable platform architecture.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Work across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Now Assist, integrations, and custom applications.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts,



and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, review solutions, and challenge design decisions where required.

? What We’re Looking For
• 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience across the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and development.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• SPM
• Now Assist
• ServiceNow Integrations
• Custom Applications
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong technical leadership and architecture skills.
• Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions and lead technical discussions.
