Job Summary

ARASPL Steels Private Limited is looking for a Sales Coordinator – Back Office to support the Sales & Marketing team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order processing, and sales coordination.
The candidate will act as a coordination link between customers, Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of enquiries and orders.

Sales Workflow

Enquiry / RFQ → Requirement Understanding → Quotation → Offer Submission → Customer Follow-up → Negotiation / Revision → PO → Order Processing → Production / Dispatch Coordination → Delivery / Payment Follow-up

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs (Request for Quotation), and sales-related communication.




• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for product details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, commercial offers, and related documents.
• Submit quotations/offers and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
• Track enquiry and quotation status and ensure timely chase-up of pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding pricing, negotiation, quotation revision, and order confirmation.
• Receive and coordinate customer Purchase Orders (POs) and support order processing.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Logistics for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, dispatch, and payment-related requirements.
• Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and order records.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, and customer communications.
