We sell across ecommerce, marketplaces and social channels, while building a brand around thoughtful design, the stories behind products and the people who make them.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands ecommerce and social media — someone who can make a product look beautiful, but also understands that design needs to drive discovery, engagement and conversion.

Ecommerce & Marketplace• Create and edit product imagery, graphics and listing assets for Shopify and other ecommerce channels.
• Design product listing banners, collection graphics, promotional assets and merchandising content.
• Work with the ecommerce team to ensure product pages are visually strong, consistent and conversion-friendly.
• Resize, adapt and optimise creative assets across different platforms and formats.




• Help maintain a consistent visual language across Folk’s ecommerce ecosystem.
• Create graphics for launches, campaigns, collections and seasonal promotions.

Social Media• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Design carousels, stories, posts, covers, promotional graphics and other social assets.
• Edit short-form video content for Reels and social media.
• Work with raw footage, photographs and supplier/product content to create compelling social edits.
• Create simple motion graphics and text-led videos where required.
• Help turn product stories, sourcing stories and founder content into strong visual content.

Performance Marketing• Create and iterate creative assets for paid social and performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative variations for testing — different hooks, formats, messaging and product presentations.
