Responsibilities• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop, modify, and update engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation as required.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches, and technical specifications and convert them into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable design standards, project specifications, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other team members to understand design requirements and resolve drawing-related issues.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and completeness before submission.
• Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings and ensure timely updates as per project requirements.
• Assist in preparing drawings for manufacturing, installation, fabrication,



or project execution, as applicable.
• Make revisions to existing drawings based on feedback from engineers, clients, or project teams.

Qualifications• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and familiarity with technical drawing standards.
• Knowledge of drafting principles, dimensions, layouts, annotations, and drawing documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project and engineering teams.
• Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge may also apply.
