Job Brief
We are looking for an accomplished Technical Program Head with 14–20 years of experience in engineering leadership, technical program management, and large-scale product/program delivery. The candidate should combine solid hands-on technical understanding with exceptional delivery and program management capabilities, with expertise across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Physical AI, Robotics, AI infrastructure, and cloud-native platforms. The role will be responsible for driving complex multidisciplinary engineering programs from architecture and planning through development, integration, validation, deployment, and production scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic AI, robotics, computer vision, and autonomous-system programs.
• Lead program planning, technical execution, architecture reviews, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical roadmaps, program plans, and measurable engineering outcomes.
• Establish technical governance, architecture standards, engineering best practices, and program delivery frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional execution across AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, embedded systems, cloud/platform, simulation, QA, DevOps/MLOps, and hardware teams.
• Lead customer/Tier-1 technical discussions, solution reviews, escalations, and delivery governance.
• Manage globally distributed engineering teams and engineering leaders. • Drive design and architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, real-time, and safety-critical systems.
• Establish program KPIs covering schedule, quality, cost, technical maturity, risks, engineering productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive release planning, integration, validation, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Identify technical and program risks early and establish effective mitigation and recovery plans.
