Career Launcher Rourkela,is looking for motivated, energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team.
We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Business Development ManagerKey Responsibilities• Drive business development and revenue growth for Career Launcher Rourkela.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents and other educational institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through institutional and local outreach.
• Plan and execute school visits, career-awareness programmes, seminars and promotional activities.
• Build institutional tie-ups and corporate/educational partnerships.
• Guide the counselling and sales team towards achieving enrolment targets.
• Monitor lead conversion, follow-ups and business performance.
• Maintain regular reporting and coordinate with the centre management team.





Preferred Profile• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, education or a related field preferred.
• Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Experience in the education/test-preparation industry will be an advantage.

2. Admission CounsellorKey Responsibilities• Counsel students and parents regarding Career Launcher programmes and entrance examinations.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle walk-in enquiries and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Explain course structure, academic benefits, fee plans, scholarships and admission procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
