Role Description The US-IT Service Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving sales of IT services to US-based clients, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The manager will prepare proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, and collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to design solutions that align with client needs in areas such as AI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Boomi, CMS, and BI services. Daily activities include building and nurturing long-term client relationships, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring accurate documentation in CRM tools. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, representing the company in client meetings and virtual events, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets.
