Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Technical Writer role. The Technical Writer will create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for AI and platform features, including API references, integration guides, and product manuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and product managers to understand technical concepts, translating them into accessible language for developers and end users.
The role involves maintaining and updating documentation sets, organizing content structures, and ensuring consistency across all technical communication. The Technical Writer will also contribute to internal knowledge bases, release notes, and best-practice guides to support both customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
• Graduate in computer engineering or any relevant field.
• Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts in explicit, concise language.
• Research and write technical content covering AI agents, LLMs, AI memory, context engineering, RAG, APIs, and developer tools.
• Create technical blogs, tutorials, how-to guides, explainers, comparisons, and documentation.
• Research topics using technical documentation, GitHub repositories, research papers, and other primary sources.
