Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home.



The individual in this role will manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with existing and potential clients for equipment and automation solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications, addressing customer service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems, supporting after-sales service, and assisting with documentation for installations, upgrades, and service contracts. The Sales Service Representative will participate in client meetings, online demonstrations, and site visits as needed, while contributing to sales reporting and basic market research.
