We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Engineer to oversee and support the site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works for our construction and fit-out projects across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, with opportunities to relocate to other project sites as required.

The role is primarily focused on MEP site execution, coordination, supervision, quality control, and project progress, working closely with senior engineers, project managers, contractors, and other project teams to ensure the successful completion of MEP works as per approved drawings and project requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety,



and compliance with project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain project documentation, and support billing activities.
• Ensure effective coordination between MEP and civil works to avoid execution conflicts.

Requirements:
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial, residential, or institutional building projects.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
