Job Title: Officer – HR (Generalist Profile)

The Officer - HR (Recruitment & Operations) manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and drives daily HR operations at KIET Deemed to be University, Delhi - NCR, Ghaziabad. (Best Engineering, Management, Pharmacy College in UP)

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for teaching faculty (Engineering, Management, Pharmacy) and non-teaching/administrative staff.
• Sourcing & Screening: Source prospective resumes using premium job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal employee referrals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all academic hiring processes strictly align with UGC and AICTE norms regarding qualification, experience, and scale.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interview loops, coordinate with departments and manage external panel members.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations,



initiate pre-employment background verification and issue formal offer letters.

2. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate joining formalities, collect and coordinate the induction process.
• Lifecycle Administration: Draft and issue all internal letters, including probation, confirmation, promotion, and transfer letters
• Exit Formalities: Manage resignation processing, coordinate the campus No-Dues clearance, conduct exit interviews, and close Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle administrative paperwork and documentation for PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: MBA in HR, PGDM, or equivalent Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of core HR experience. Experience working within an educational institution, college, or university is highly preferred.
