This role focuses on building relationships with startup founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior decision-makers and generating business opportunities across fundraising, M&A;, business valuation, and other investment banking solutions.

• Identify and connect with founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals
• Understand client requirements and identify relevant financial or strategic opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with the internal investment banking team
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients




• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and drive conversions
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM
• Stay updated on startup ecosystem trends, fundraising activity, M&A;, and financial markets

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, or Investment Banking
✔ Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and client acquisition
✔ Confident communication with founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
