As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Documentation & Labeling Executive who can ensure accuracy in product labels and compliance documentation while supporting seamless review and approval processes.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle product labeling and compliance documentation. The role involves checking labels for errors before printing, managing the review process (India + Canada), and maintaining accurate documentation. Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) is expected to improve drafting speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day product labels and compliance documents
• Catch errors before labels go for printing
• Coordinate label review and approval handoffs




• Maintain organized documentation and version control
• Use AI tools effectively for drafting and review support

Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Biotechnology or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC, Documentation, R&D;, or Purchase (with QC documentation exposure) in Nutraceutical / Pharma / Food industry
• Strong understanding of how ingredients work in the body (absorption, benefits)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with desk-based work (this is not a lab role)
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to use AI tools effectively

Nice to have: Exposure to FSSAI / FDA / Health Canada, basic Canva or design tools
