We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base.
What you’ll do• Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries
• Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, networking, and referrals
• Understand prospects' business and marketing requirements
• Introduce Socio Sensei’s services and identify potential opportunities
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Work closely with the strategy and marketing team to develop suitable solutions for clients
• Consistently work towards monthly lead, meeting, and revenue targets





What we’re looking for• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or a related industry
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
