Job Summary
We are looking for a Community Manager to manage and grow the brand’s online community across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with followers, managing conversations, understanding audience feedback, and supporting community-focused campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the brand’s online community across social media platforms.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Encourage meaningful conversations and increase community engagement.
• Monitor community sentiment, feedback, suggestions, and recurring queries.
• Identify common concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for appropriate responses.
• Coordinate with content and social media teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, and initiatives.




• Track community engagement and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and audience behavior.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image across community interactions.
