Role Description: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities,
and ensure seamless communication between sales, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for updating the Sales Force Software on a Daily Basis.
• Timely support for sales executive for quotations, PI, SO & to file purchase orders
• Check every details before SO processing.
• Shipping & Billing address as per GST
• SO (Sales Order) details (Proper - Product code, quantity & price)
• Payment terms
• Outstanding
• RFD (Ready for dispatch)
• Transport /Courier
• Timely follow-up of dispatches & proper co-ordination
• Regularly update the CRM system with customer data, NBC & quotations
