About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to provide overall leadership, governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight for large-scale entrepreneurship, skilling, livelihood, and ecosystem development programs. The role will be responsible for driving program strategy, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing program performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for program planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and performance management processes.
• Lead engagement with government departments, industry bodies, funding agencies, implementation partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations while driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor multi-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Monitor program KPIs,



budgets, and reporting requirements, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to strengthen entrepreneurship and skill development ecosystems.

Educational Qualification
• MBA or master's degree in management, Public Administration, Rural Development, Social Work, Economics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, entrepreneurship development, skilling initiatives, livelihood programs, or ecosystem development projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder programs, preferably involving government and development sector engagements.
• Robust leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and deliver measurable outcomes.
