Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across Aditya Birla Capital’s financial products and services. This role involves regular interaction with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs, recommend suitable solutions,



and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will handle daily activities such as scheduling client meetings, following up on leads, processing applications and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing. The role also includes monitoring account performance, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, resolving client queries, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with branch staff and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and support branch operations is an integral part of the position.
