Aliens Tattoo is the most recognised name in premium tattooing in India, and franchise expansion needs a disciplined offline sales engine — not occasional networking or leads passed between teams. The opportunity is to build and own that engine: find the right investors, qualify them rigorously, pitch the Aliens opportunity, progress every serious conversation, negotiate within explicit authority and take the right partners through to signed franchise agreement and a clean Expansion handover.

• The Mandate

You own Aliens’ complete offline franchise-sales funnel. You generate opportunities independently through field activity, networks, events,



referrals and channel partners; qualify each prospect; conduct the pitch and commercial conversation; manage follow-up and objections; negotiate within the approved band; secure the signed franchise agreement; and hand the signed partner into Expansion.
Marketing owns digital lead generation. Legal, Finance, leadership and Site Acquisition provide specialist support and approvals, but the opportunity remains until signature and accepted handover.

• What you'll be doing

• Build a self-generated offline pipeline through networking, field activity, referrals, events and channel partnerships.
• Qualify investment capacity, decision authority, intent, timeline, market fit and commercial readiness.
• Personally conduct pitches, discovery, follow-up, objection handling and commercial discussions. • Use the approved pitch deck, ROI model, franchisee references and market/site conversations to advance each opportunity.
• Negotiate within the approved commercial band and escalate exceptions before commitment without handing ove
